Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using any Vision to Love website or application (each a "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. The Service

Our Services offer tools to upload images and receive AI-assisted generated outputs. Features, quality, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that outputs will meet every expectation.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use sign-in or purchase flows, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us and our subprocessors a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to run the Service (including generation, storage, delivery, and abuse prevention). You confirm you have the rights to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Do not upload unlawful, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit material involving minors. We may remove content or refuse service when we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

5. Purchases

Paid features, if offered, are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once digital goods or generations have been delivered.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, their branding, and our materials are owned by Vision to Love or our licensors. Outputs may be subject to separate license terms shown at purchase or download; where not specified, personal, non-commercial use is intended unless you obtain broader rights from us in writing.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs can be imperfect or unexpected; you are responsible for how you use them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision to Love and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from the Services is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred Swedish kronor, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these terms or risk to others. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Stockholm have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply.
